i am twirling over these ruffly panties!!! you can buy them AND the matching corset (if you dare, you saucy kitten). i want a DOZEN, all in lavender. and then i want to prance around (behind closed doors of course) in my frilly pantaloons, edith piaf blasting, hair piled up in ringlets, sashaying my hips a here and a there.
