tonight is the fourth anniversary of fashion’s night out, the official kick-off to fashion week, where retailers and those in the industry throw bash after bash across the country in order to drum up frenzy for the spring 2013 shows beginning tomorrow.
i scored a ticket to a fancy party in beverly hills tonight with my even fancier friend mary jo matsumoto. i’m dying to see which bag she’ll be carrying from her fall 2012 line {more to come on that fabulous line.}
the attire calls for one’s favorite little black dress-an homage to miss coco chanel. i’ll do my best not to smear her iconic legacy. i can already tell my biggest hurdle tonight will be trying to get that song out of my head.Â
