oh m’loves! yesterday i had the sweetest sunday morn.

my friend, the ever talented and beautiful, mary jo matsumoto and i played ellen von unwerth and devon aoki as we shot photos of maryjo’s upcoming handbag line.

these bags are in—SANE!

you. will. die.

in between rubbing my body up against the softest leathers and prettiest colors in the country, i also got to strike major, mad poses.

here are some iphone shots of our day:

once again mary jo let me tap into my inner shalom harlow, as i also modeled some of her new dresses for fall 2012. the perfect cuts, colors from a fairytale rainbow, and fabrics you want to live in, details so minute and superb, only a tiny elf would notice; she makes clothes like no other designer i’ve worn.

but the project was most definitely about THE bags. do not buy another handbag until you see this new line. move over stella, celine and miu miu, mary jo is the new sheriff in town. people are already taking notice.

try to get yours while they’re available.

but let’s get back to me, and the shoot please.

what was supposed to be body-shots ONLY, at the last-minute {thank you mary jo} minor glimpses of my face were needed {?}.

let me tell you something: when you’ve gone full throttle with a bag of tortilla chips the day before {thank you syracuse, you LOSERS!, my bracket is worthless now} there’s nothing minor about one’s face.

i have a new scary halloween costume…..she’s called “sodium girl”.

on a happier note, there’s never a bad occasion for lanvin and brian atwood.

with naked state of mind on my toes and my holy grail, oribe’s dry texturizing spray, on my mop; i was good to go.

thank you so much mary jo for a lovely, peaceful sunday.

wishing the rest of you m’loves a week of beauty, truth and love.
