this friday, june 21st, summer officially commences down at the cannery, with the art of movement, a fundraiser benefiting we are ocean, a non-profit, public organization who comes together in an effort “to harness the ocean’s healing powers and help others facing a range of challenges.”

perfectly timed on the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, i am honored to participate in this event which hopes to raise money to help inspire young cancer survivors. 

together with villa pilates and yoga, ritual wellness, bear flag fish co, hurley, haute cakes, many other local restaurants and businesses, and some of your favorite yogis, we have created an evening of taste, talent, music and many other summer enchantments.

we have been practicing hard to create an summer evening of live art, dance, yoga, food and seaside community.
