it’s here.

finally.

southern california’s own great {central} park is ready for us to move in, hang up our clothes, cook our farm to table cuisine, breathe worry-free exhales, as our kids bike along safe roads from our front doors to some of the nation’s most prestigious public schools, and where coming home after a long day’s work we are greeted with over 150 rescued heritage trees lining the streets and many walking trails, transporting us back in time where the simple things like blue skies and bumble bees out adventured ipads and nintendos.

m’loves, i give you pavilion park.

i am so excited to participate in this meet our builder event. i will be there on saturday, camera in tow, checking out all the beautiful properties, and strolling through the Great Park where a new kind of southern california lifestyle is emerging: one where we’re able to walk more & drive less, live and celebrate outdoors rather than inside another mall, and a place where a sense of community organically blossoms like the sweet, juicy tomatoes in our summer gardens.

whister

i’m most excited to check out the new whistler designs offered by premier home builder william lyon homes. already there is great buzz about these single-family, two-story, detached homes; some with up to 5 bedrooms.

i was lucky to score a chat with janet kemmerer, a representative from william lyon homes. after interviewing janet i’m most jazzed to see the “eclectic american architecture and deep, wide, rear yards ideal for extending livability to the outdoors.

whistler also is also proud to “feature space where it is most appreciated; in the great room and kitchen, plus spacious private master suites and lots of bedrooms for families.
