it’s here. my final weekend of yoga teacher training. the last hours of testing take place tomorrow and sunday.

i hope to never mention ujjayi breath or relaxed hamstrings again, for the rest of my, stupid, vegetarian, striving to always be organic and cruelty free……. life!

in fact, all this clean proselytizing has me aching for sodas, saccharine and 1980’s ballistic, bouncy stretching.

in fact, i’ll be working the following “cool down” into tomorrow’s savasana for my final teach.
